It’s pizzatime ❤
Preparation time: 60 min
2-3dl glutenfree flour
1/2 pk of fast-action dried yeast
2 dl lukewarm water
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1.Blend the flour with the yeast, add lukewarm water and oil and mix until you have a firm dough. Set in a dry, warm space for about 30 minutes.
2.Preheat the oven to 225 degrees celcius.
3.Put the dough on a baking sheet, put another baking sheet on top of the dough. Use a rolling pin to make a thin pizza crust. Gently remove the upper baking sheet from the dough.
4.Add toppings (except tomatoes and kale).
5.Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6.Add sliced tomatoes and kale. Voila!
