I’m a huge fan of Harley Pasternak’s reset diet and smoothie recipes. Not just because they’re so so tasty but because they keep me full. I usually have a smoothie for breakfast because it’s quick and easy, and sometimes I even have one for lunch.

This is one of my favorite recipes from his book:

1 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 scoop (35gr) Whey protein powder vanilla
1tbs flaxseeds
1/2 orange

Mix it all in a blender. Add water if it’s to thick.
