SMOOTHIE BOWL

How about a delicious smoothie bowl for breakfast on a saturday morning?

For this bowl I used the red berries smoothie I’ve posted earlier:

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 scoop (35gr) Whey protein powder vanilla
1tbs flaxseeds

1/2 Orange

Toppings:

Berries

Nuts

Seeds

Coconut

Mix the ingredients in a blender, the pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.

ENJOY!
