Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

– Mini corn torillia gluten free (store bought)

– Shredded cheddar cheese

– Tomatoes

– 1/2 avocado

– Slow cooked chilli beans with cream (recipe below)

– 2 Sausages of your choice (I used low-calori gluten free wiener sausage)

Recipe chilli beans:

1 can of chilli beans

1 dl heavy cream (or soy cream)

1 tbs Old El Paso tex mex spices

Mix in a pot, heat up and then lower the temperature. Let it slow cook on low heat for 30minutes. Stir once in a while so that it doesn’t burn.

Chilli dogs:

Top three small corn tortillias with chilli beans, sausages, avocado, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Voila! You have a tasty meal with a lot of flavours😋
