Mitt glutenfrie London

To my english readers; english is further down.

Voodoo Rays åpner stadig flere fililer over hele London. Du finner dem i blant annet Dalston og Shoreditch.

3. LEADBELLY’S

In English:

Being coeliac isn’t always easy when it comes to traveling and eating out, but after a couple of years travelling to my favourite city, London, I’ve found a decent amount of places to eat out that is safe for a coeliac, just like myself. Here is my three favourites:

1. HONEST BURGER

OMG. They serve one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The bun doesn’t even taste gluten free, the meat is perfect, and it’s one of the safest places in London to eat if you’re coeliac. They serve amazing rosemary fries and they even have GLUTEN FREE ONION RINGS. And no, this is not an ad. Im just super enthusiastic about this place!

2. VOODOO RAYS, DALSTON/SHOREDITCH

Voodoo rays makes the perfect gluten free pizza. It’s crispy, thin and has a great taste. The first time I had it I thought I’ve gotten a pizza with gluten, because I couldn’t believe how great the taste was. But the server assured me it was gluten free, and it totally was! They only serve gluten free pies, but it’s a perfect portion for one. Oh and they serve margarita slushy!

3. LEADBELLY, CANADA WATER

Finally a place to go where everything on the menu can be done gluten free! Im not joking! I’ve been here too many times already and every time I just stare at the menu, struggling to decide, because I’m not used to having so many options. I recommend their Sunday roast served with GF Yorkshire pudding (oh yes!) or going for brunch with your friends. They serve gluten free Belgian waffles (amazing) and crushed avocado toast (yum!) and they even have gluten free mac and cheese!!! And the list goes on. Book a table in advance. It’s already a very popular place. Oh, and it’s right next to Canada Water Station – perfect location!
